As the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be the Compliance accountable continuously optimizing the sustainable compliance management within the global Organization of our client. You will be consulting relevant leaders across all hierarchical levels and countries and act as a strategic advisor. The role will report directly to the CEO.
Aufgabeninhalt
- Heading the Compliance Department and professionally managing leaders responsible for compliance, antitrust and competition law within the group-wide compliance organization
- Taking the Compliance Organization and its objectives to the next level as well as fostering collaboration to create synergies between corporate and local functions
- Providing state-of-the art guidelines and policies on compliance, antitrust and competition law • Assuring training and knowledge coverage in the organization
- Expanding on a positive embracing compliance culture
- Enhancing preventive monitoring mechanisms for compliance risks
- Advising group companies, business units and leaders as to questions or recommendations for improvement regarding compliance topics
- Chairing the Corporate Compliance Committee with the aim of steering, coordinating and harmonizing compliance activities
- Acting as a Change Agent, esp. during the implementation of new compliance processes or guidelines
- Representing our client and participating in different internal and external compliance committees
Anforderungsprofil
- Profound professional experience in compliance in an international surrounding including relevant university degree (Legal preferred) plus extensive knowledge in relevant legal fields (e.g. antitrust & competition law) and preferably Healthcare compliance
- Capability to define strategy and provide direction as well as to handle daily business with a pronounced hands-on attitude
- Experience in compliance management with business partners / distribution partners / sales agents
- Previous experience in creating, establishing and implementing guidelines and regulations
- Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders • Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communications skills in English and German (written and oral)
