Our client is a German-founded and market-leading manufacturer in the area of heat treatment and vacuum technology with global coverage. Its energy-efficient furnaces and plant systems are used by leading companies in the automotive, aviation and aerospace sectors, as well as in toolmaking, mechanical engineering, medical engineering and commercial heat treatment. Due to outstandig growth in the Chinese market we are looking for a senior Human Resource Manager.

This position will be based in Shanghai.

Aufgabeninhalt 

For one of our clients, a leader in heat and vacuum technology in a growth market par excellence, we are looking for a “HR Manager China (m/f)”.

With your help the current teamsize of 40 employees will be doubled within the next few years. You will recruit the necessary local HR Assets, drive HR Development and will sign responsible für Compensation & Benefits. You will directly report to the CEO, an experienced international Executive, based in Shanghai.

This role also implies deep knowledge of the different regional work-, and tax-laws as well as possible cultural differences. You will represent the company as an attractive employer and define and implement the adequate tools for proactive employer branding. You are experienced in managing teams and familiar with the Chinese labour market.

Anforderungsprofil 
As HR Manager you look back to at least 10 years of management experience, which is based on successfuly finished academic studies and work in an international environment. Connecting global structures to local subisidiaries and developing your team is a proven strength.

Due to your structured and analytical proceeding, you are able to position the solutions in a clear and convincing manner. Your profound social skills coupled with the HR specific leadership acumen allow you to convince the Executive Management as well as each member of your national team.

Due to the internationality of our client, business fluent English language skills are mandatory as well as native Chinese language skills.
